Kenneth Juhasz originally is from North Carolina and has worked in wine in California, Central Otago, and Oregon He is the proprietor/winemaker of Auteur specializing in exceptionally small production, vineyard designated Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Mendocino Ridge and Sonoma Coast. The brand, which made its first wines in 2003 has gone on to produce some of the finest examples of Pinot Noir yet released. Kenneth was Doug Wilder’s Winemaker of the Year in 2007, and produced three 2006 Pinot Noir scored perfect 100 points upon release. Kenneth also makes wine for Pali, and Semper while recently stepping away from his duties at Donum/Robert Stemmler.
